Perfect tempo for clearing your mind after too long in the main room. Lots of space to reflect on the intense experiences you've had dancing to full on doof.

To be fair, I haven't been to a doof in nearly ten years, but listening to this conjured up memories of a small dark room scattered with other people who "knew", leaving behind the searchers in the other room. Nice track, man.

Good minimal psy. I would have a nice time dancing to it the right time, as you said ;)

I like you gloomy faster psytrance too! Very hard material, I like dead scrolls.... nice sound too.

Thanks for the comments, I can never keep the same style for very long. I was looking back over my collection and i think this stuff is similar to Serious Porn Collector or old Ambivalent records.I'll try to get a few more of these songs finished as they dont drain me as much as the hard stuff. I really need to have alot of energy to finish those over over 150 tracks. Id ultimately like to right a whole set that is over 160 but that is a long term goal. My first track should be coming out on Mental records compilation soon, will be good to hear it properly mastered.

Mutant, Id like to write a rap beat for to do some stuff with, maybe something dark and serious :)

cool mate, sure, go right ahead. I could also play / add some live synth /noises to some ambient/dub/electronica/break beats/basslines

collaboration projects are always fun and motivating!

its quite good but its trance not techno. id add some weird industrial strength type sounds - something kinda 'droidy' or like that aphex twin song with all the weird laser sounds phased through the stereo channels.

Im not a huge fan of psytrance anymore so thats probably my limit of feedback.

i wanted to hear some diaherra-like tc303 bass wobbles :( LOL

Yeah the sounds from your more glitchy track might work in this - just add another layer and pan them hard left to right maybe?

Really like your trace man, you may have been asked this before but where do you get your inspiration?

I am friggin in love with Prometheus and this is starting to sound a bit like them.

I love corridor of mirrors, Prometheus writes amazing music, I guess my biggest inspiration when I started this track was old "Santos de Castro" aka "Devient Species" from early 2000 and 2001. More recent artists that inspire me to write driving slow trance would be Serious Porn Collector or some Scorb stuff. Zenon Records cant be forgotten about ,artist like Sensient and One Tasty Morcel are ahead of the game. If i could nail a track like them i would be heaps stoked. I have 3 projects going now at once because Im always in changing moods or inspired by random things. Most of the time I write to express inner feelings that lack words. Some of the best songs have come from my darkest emotions, so music is therapy somewhat to me.

you don't hear this much, but this is quite true for all artists.

artistic creation [and not only] is self-psychotherapy. I have been feeling this for all my years of music making...

and, heh, 'psychotherapy' doesn't mean you're mentally ill - well not necessarily anyway.. There's always something to hide, reveal, exorcise or shout out loud.

Honest and free expression of the inner is the opposite to neurosis, hence the healing ;)

I often find that making music quietens the mind and seems to come from somewhere subconscious - like im channelling ideas and sound at an instinctual level rather than as calculated decisions. WHen i try to capture a sound or try to consciously create a specific sound its more challenging and can even be frustrating at times. I find if i go back to a more intuitive mindstate without an expectations better ideas come?

When i try to force music i get way frustrated and up with good tech but no soul. When i just write intuitively its much easier, as you said as tho its being channeled. I guess thats the case for alot of artists.

Some afternoon headphone therapy. The mix is fairly rough but i think the idea is starting to come through...
