northern beaches ID plz

please help ID

found on a sawn off stump but also on ground next to stump. I highly doubt it but i would like a 2nd or 23rd oppinion..

This last type of mushroom i found next to some subs anyone know the name or species ? i am certain it aint active but always in close proximity to subs

first one Psathyrella sp. maybe

2nd looks a bit like Laccaria sp.

these are only informed guesses..

First one is maybe an Armillaria sp. and the second picture posted is Leratiomyces ceres
