Posted July 10, 2010 IMO you need to find a 'good' physio and get him to work on your traps and your neck/shoulders and also stretch/open up the muscles/tendons running from your lower back through the hips (cant remember the name of it). More than likely you have pain from over compensation due to poor posture, PC use and ergonomics; I suffer for lots of similar stuff due to competitive gaming and need to see my physio regularly, just need to keep onto of the exercises at home. On top of this its very important to then strengthen and stretch these areas and the related muscles etc. with the correct exercises.
