hebrew Posted April 6, 2010 ahh thanks husk the comp is held over at ukulele underground i am a big ukulele fan, love playing the instrument, only been playing for a few months but its not that hard, i been playing music for 27 years or something so learning new instruments isnt too difficult unless its the wind and brass family here is the link to the comp for you to look at comp we will see how it goes i entered a different comp there and didnt win, but thats how it goes, depends on the judges, we are going to add another song soon to it, a go betweens song. something totally different. hebrew Posted April 6, 2010 not sure how we are going to go about playing gigs since its just the two of us, but one day we might do some i know my wife really wants to, but i had been playing in bands for years when i was younger and i am kinda over it these days, would rather just record stuff, i really want to get some of my compositions performed though one day, which would mean conducting but that is a whole different kettle of fish again finding willing players is the hard part and then finding the right audience is too, but the internet is great for reaching out to people you wouldnt have been able to otherwise.
