G*P Posted September 8, 2009 (edited) I passed this for ages thinking it was hakea.. until it flowered (wishful thinking maybe.. phleb? ) Edited September 9, 2009 by G*P
MORG Posted September 9, 2009 Well it's Acacia for sure but not Phleb. Phleb's inflorescences are spikes and is restricted to Mount Buffalo, VIC. This might be A. melanoxylon but that's a bit of a stab in the dark from me without more info and a key.
