Jesus On Peyote Posted May 18, 2009 As i was browsing the net to try to find a good time to germinate poppy seeds, i stumbles across this article about gen modified poppies in tas. kinda interesting. http://www.abc.net.au/rural/news/content/200904/s2556882.htm Btw, instead of making another post, can some one remind me when the germination time is for poppy seed growing in melbourne? I know iv seen it in a thread b4, but i cant find it with the search engine. Peace

Jesus On Peyote Posted May 19, 2009 Thanks Velvet, Its kind of late autumn now, is it usually best to plant them early or late? Thinking maybe early would have been better, to let they hardy up abit before winter kicks in. hmm Anyhow, thanks again. Peace
hebrew Posted May 19, 2009 its ok man plant them now, sometimes i throw seeds about in summer and in the right time they come up, months later. when the conditions are right they will go for it hopefully ants or birds dont take the seeds away. but yeah now is a good time here at the moment.
