Recommended Posts

link from incognito.........answers some of my q's......

http://www.mja.com.au/public/issues/184_02...60106_fm-3.html

came up in another thread..........

'concern about adverse effects leads to regulation under CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT 1990[NT]'

then

'kava becomes prohibited botanical under national FOOD STANDARDS CODE 1994;nt regs dismantled'

then

'KAVA MANAGEMENT ACT 1998[NT] introduced;October 2000, the Kava Management Act was amended to incorporate harm reduction objectives and a system of licensed kava supply, controlled by local Aboriginal community organisations;from may 2002,licenced kava supplied to four retailers'

anyone heard of prohibited botanicals under FSC?
