Can anyone ID my cactus please?

Question

Hey everyone,

I bought this cactus the other day at the markets. The lady said it was her last trich. left and that as far as she knew it was a peruvianus/pachanoi hybrid or something. It was over a foot for $20 so I grabbed it but now I'm not sure if it looks quite right... I clearly have to re pot the thing since there's about 2cm gab between it and the pot

btw, how happy does my viridis look beside it?

The seller was 100% correct as far as I can tell. Definitely Trich, possibly pach, possibly peru, possibly hybrid.

And yep, repot asap

Put that thing in a huge pot and it will really take off!

I'd say it's pachanoi/peruvianus hyrbid too, def. not "true blue" peruvianus, but still a great clone, it's likely very... medinical. :)

Looks like "Predominant-Cultivator" T. pachnoi... didn't know y'all had those in OZ...

It may or may not be the "Predominant-Cultivator" T. pachnoi, I'm not sure, Get a closer/better pic for a better ID.

Taken out of the soil now

I'm gonna let it callous over for about 3 weeks then give it back to my mate in ornate pot ready to grow

Came from a plant of much significance, out of a cemetery car park, they had to move the entire thing for drian works or some thing, the plant is now resting out of the ground and will have a new home soon, couldn't tell you wether its a 'backenberg' or what!!

i can put up more really close up pics

Should this topic be moved to id, sorry mods
