Saffron corms

Recommended Posts

Hi all, now is the time of year to buy and plant these, but who is selling them? Yes they are cheap in the northern hemishere but I live in west australia and we have quarantine issues. The explanation seems to be given by the tas-saff site which says they prevent their growers from selling bulbs.

I found 1 australian site that sells them for $10 each corm, and a US site that sells them for $8 for 6 corms.

Can anyone do better?

Cmon people, you cant all be part of the conspiracy! I'm sure Torsten had some in the shop last year, how come none this year T?

How about this; for a Perth member I'll trade either this narrow leaf Khat or this vienna white Khat plant for 15 corms.
