XipeTotec Posted January 27, 2007 HI, picked this up today at the market, looks different from the scops that I have, due to its less club like appearance, and it's more pronounced spines. I think it may be san pedro, what do others think? thanks.

0 bit Posted January 27, 2007 (edited) That's a tough one. The tip looks pach-ish but the spines don't look right. It does look malnutritioned. Could also be scop, although I keep comparing your pics to my mature scop which is probably incorrect in the id game. My final call on this one is short spined peruvianus Post some more pics in a couple of months when you've potted it up and fed it nicely Edited January 27, 2007 by bit
0 mu! Posted January 28, 2007 To me, its a scop all over. The spines dont look pronounced enough to be a pachanoi or maybe even scop x pachanoi. As mentioned previously, its lookin a wee bit dehydrated. Give it a drink! Here's a nice healthy looking scop, get yours lookin like this..
