  1. Good to see you having a go. I didnt read Watertrades post till I had watched a few songs, The out of sync was like the old samurai tv show. Or I thought what I had had for breakfast had kicked back in again. Good to see the network helping each other out.

    Annual SAB get together?

The NSW crew had a great meet this year, like some truly magical moments, and its a wonderful idea to deepen our connections and network farther afield. I know our core crew is staunch and would never miss an opportunity for a meet. A shame Melbourne doesn't have Byrons climate. The logistics of flying in, and then needing cold climate camping gear is a problem The obvious place would be Wandjina Gardens and hopefully one year that may happen. After that Mt Buffalo is an easy place to convince us to pilgrimage to. For me personally, if etherealdrifter picked me up from the airport and drove me to a forest full of subs and or phlebs and beautiful people and I know that when I wake up in the morning he is going to hand me a bottle of tequila to wash down something special ......how could I refuse. Of course you are always welcome to Big Cols Caapi cave.

    Subs 2013

Yummy visitors in my garden, grown on acacia confusa bark and Caapi mulch. Full on aya subs. Just starting to fruit tonight, lets hope this cold snap keeps up, although I am going to start putting a bag of ice down and see how that goes. Should work in theory. 4yo Oberon myc is a long way from home on the Central Coast. Such a special place to meditate. I hope I will have some better pics to add to this post, in the coming days.
  5. The old Boss tube screamer always seemed to do the job. Fits into the Fender sound thing OK.

have you ever saved a life?

Yeah 30yrs ago I was at a deserted beach in a National Park in Northern NSW. I watched as a dickhead who couldnt swim went in for a swim and got washed out to sea. Went in and saved him, my school bronze medallion training kicked in and I was prepared to try knock him out or let him drown if he fucked me around or struggled, so we are out at sea, 2 strangers on a deserted beach, no surfboard, pre mobile phone. And we had "the talk" behave or I will let you drown. Nearly killed me, but I got the fucker in.

    Ayahuasca manifesto

Yes, its all over Facebook at the moment, so its message is being seeded well. That will mean more people hunting down circles on our forum in a few days. A shame that Mother Aya still has a legal target on her back.

  10. Good to see you are keen Incog. Def on 26=27 april. Lets hope its wet and cold till then, There is a private list to discuss the venue discreetly. Anyone wanting to come PM Hillbilly and he will add you to the conversation. Its highly recommended for a great weekend, the Oberon camp was really the start of people getting out from behind their computers and meeting in person, great friendships and a really strong network have developed from this. There are a lot of us who wouldn't miss it for quids. The manager of the SAB nursery Toast will be there for a first hand chat about what is new in the world of plants. So I will see you all there. Its confirmed people will be there from Fri.

What weird things do you collect

Thanks for sharing Botanica, nice collection. The yellow strat with the maple neck. is it just the light or are those frets Scolloped out I think Ritchie Blackmore does that .
  12. 1977, great cid back then, but mainly to see my first girlfriend, yeah still holding a bit of a flame, then again I doubt she will want to screw a 53yo even though I have a few more tricks and a lot more confidence than back then. The sydney music scene was going off every night, from Tactics, Thought Criminals ,Birthday Party to the Saints and Radio Birdman and a heap more. It tried but never returned to those heydays. I could plant some Caapi vines that would be cranking by the time I got back to 2013 !!

What to do with all this Mugwort.

Mugwort is one of the main plants in Himalayan shamanism. A master plant. It is always placed on their altars and used as a clearing and protective smudge. Too much info for this old fart to type here, but here are 3 quotes. Titepati tea Harvest the tips of the herbs,if possible when they are blooming or bearing seed, roast them and put them into water with some salt( this will take away the bitterness). The amount of herb used per person is as much as one can hold with 3 fingers. The "whole system is cleansed" with this tea. Stalk or pressed juice. A piece of stalk about the length of a finger is picked and skinned. This is eaten or the juice pressed from it. A tablespoon of the pressed juice is taken to treat headaches, fever and vomiting. Incense The dried tips of stalks are burned on wood charcoal so that people suffering from soul-loss can have new life breathed into them, in other words it is an active anti -depressant incense. Get into it bro !!
  14. Big Bad Col will be there.
  15. Im sorry for you newbies if you are genuine and sincere in your intent to experience aya in Australia. If there were people providing this service, they would be taking a great risk , believing that the risk was worth it to bring the spirit of the vine to the hearts and minds of Australians. Im sure if anyone on this forum knows of such people they would never compromise them, out of respect, by giving out details to strangers. Especially in the QLD climate, if you are that keen , grow the plants and do with them what you will, and know body will be any the wiser...except maybe you. All the horticultural info you need is on this forum, that is the primary purpose of this network. We are gardeners not law breakers. 01claky, 1 post, you have no details about yourself , why would you expect anyone to tell you about possible criminal activity ? You cant even spell shaman. Put in the hard yards, go to EGA events, meetings, and become a respected part of the community instead of an anonymous voice and you might find somebody to answer your question. But by that time your own plants would have grown and you can take your own responsibility for illegal behavior. You dont even have access to PM until you make a minimum of 10 posts or something. Well that was the case years ago, last time I checked.
  16. THere are still 2 separate camps Watertrade, the friends thing is a bit more family oriented , the sab one more cream wrestling and mustache rides.

What did you do in your sacred garden today?

Well after a week away, I mean a week of floods and tornados. Too wet to get a private tour of the SAB nursery with old mate Toast, one of the main items on the agenda. Too wet for a Medicine retreat, the other main item. I get home to a lush garden, that needs a few hrs tidy up. My Floribunda has been taking steroids while ive been away, just going off . My Caapi room is now a Caapi cave My Brug has been flowering continuous for like a month So I can do my favorite thing in the garden......just sit and enjoy. And have my own special healing retreat.

The voices told me to mulch my Sallies with Brug flowers. Now that sounds like a heavy synergy.
