cool thanks for the info, it has interestingly carried throught o the substrate (rye grain) as well, which is a lil weird i thought, i will, try some quicker transfers next round edge.pdf side.pdf top_of_block.pdf edge.pdf side.pdf top_of_block.pdf

Greetings all, i have recently noticed these black spots appearing on a few of my Cube cultures (on malt agar plates) i have attached photo's, doesn't seem to be any bacterial or pre-transfer contam.
