Anyone here managed to get one? I got diagnosed ptsd for playing pew pews when young and dumb so could probably qualify.

    MJ prescription

Wow, that's stupid expensive! Hopefully it changes in the future. I've had friends travel to the US states where it's legal and heard its also really steep. Pretty crazy when it's one of the easiest plants to grow, sun and rain and the yields are huge.

Rolling thunder revue was great, but you gotta be a fan probably.

There are many people who really deserve it with seizures and such, must be a lot of hoops to jump through to get it though.

Fungus killing worms in my garden

Hi guys, over the past couple weeks I've noticed this grey mycelium/mould stuff spreading on some cow poo in my garden. About 3 days ago I saw a dead worm on top of it after a small amount of rain. Today there are now at least 8 dead worms where the growth was (it's wet now so not visible. I'll attach a pic of when I first noticed it. Question is, should I shovel it out and toss it somewhere? Spray it with vinegar? Or just leave it be?

    Quit cigs

Thanks for the replies guys, I used to have an abundant supply of green ciggies but unfortunately not anymore as they were at least reducing my wanting the brown ones. The red glow of a cig while on a mind melter sure is something special though!

Fungus killing worms in my garden

Thanks for the reply Darklight. I will leave it be and hope it works itself out. In the meantime I will give the worms a proper burial, I always hated impaling them on hooks when I used to fish.

pls don't laugh Never painted before, gf got me some cheap oil paint samples. Did a first layer, the red will mostly be green, apparently red underneath makes the green pop. Trying to paint a scene from tarkovsky's "mirror".
  15. Hi guys, I got an alcohol lamp the other day to make sterilisation of anything metal involved in inoculation etc. quicker and easier. I looked up what to use in it and saw that methylated spirits should be fine. Anyway a friend picked me some up from Coles but when I looked at it, it specifically states not to use it in a spirit lamp. Does anyone know if this is some legal BS or should I actually not use it? See pic for label. It's violet dyed 'diggers' metho.

    Quotes of the day.

where i live now, the only thing that keeps the area going is tradition— as you can figure out -it doesn’t count very much— everything around me rots…I don't know how long it has been this way, but if it keeps up, soon i will be an old man—& i am only 15— the only job around here is mining— but jesus, who wants to be a miner… I refuse to be part of such a shallow death— everybody talks about the middle ages as if it was actually in the middle ages— i’ll do anything to leave here— my mind is running down the river— i’d sell my soul to the elephant- i’d cheat the sphinx— i’d lie to the conqueror… tho you might not take this the right way, i would even sign a chain with the devil…please dont send me anymore grandfather clocks— no more books or care packages… if youre going to send me something, send me a key— i shall find the door to where it fits, if it takes me the rest of my life your friend, Friend Bob d

    Brf/verm spawn bag compression

Howdy peeps! I got some button mushroom myc growing in 3 brf/verm spawn bags that were inoculated almost 3 weeks ago. I bought them pre sterilised and assume they are designed for fruiting in the bag however Im going to try a monotub if they work out. 2 days ago one was around 30% and the other 2 a little less. I broke apart the bits of mycelium and mixed them all up again hoping that would get them going a lot faster. Here I believe I made the mistake of compressing the brf and verm down so it was like how I got it, almost a brick. Could this compression in the first place be why it's already taken a little while to get to 30%? After 2 days I can't see any fresh mycelium growth however there is a lot of condensation and the bags are much warmer than usual. So if I've messed up by compressing them too much, would it be safe to knead the bags to a more fluffy composition? Maybe not yet but in a few days to allow initial recovery? Appreciate any help
