Stoked this little aztekium took. I don't remember what type tho . It was grafted at about a month old, I could barely cut it in half haha. only one out of 3 that popped. they are so slow even on peres. I think my loph seedlings are beating this thing on there own roots.

So I checked today and it seems to not be getting worse. the damaged spots where somewhat softer than the green tissue but it seems to be drying out and hardening up. I'm going to turn one of them around and see what comes of it. I have a big opuntia pad that did the same thing after a really hot day and the colouring seems to come and go? some-days its green, others very noticeable yellow patches. The big fat scop seems to be loving it though. the plants with damage where under artificial light for a fair bit of there life. I had considered making a shade house type effort but yea. won't they etoliate?

Hi guys, This yellowing popped up on the side which faces the sun. will they toughen up to this or should they be more shaded? seemingly only on the newer growth.

Seed pod popped on my T. schmiedickeanus spp. schwarzii. I tried pollinating it with T. Lophophoroides as nothing els was flowering. 26 seeds in total, can't wait to grow em out.

Aye, good point there Philo. That pic, the tip is leaning, being fungal I'm guessing the infected area is squishy and causing the lean?

cool, thanks man. yea today the sun really seamed to burn more than usual. seemed to get sunburn myself quite quick. do think this is more likely to happen if the soil is bone dry? it had been bone dry for a few days before this happened.
