The Psycho0 X Yowie seeds might have come from me. I sent out lots of that seed and the reverse cross early in 2015. Lots of Aussies have those clones though so maybe not...... They're looking real good for 1 year olds.

I believe that change came through with the recent update. I never used to be able to see any images unless I was logged in either, now I can see the images no matter which computer I use and if I'm logged in or not. That change seems retrospective with all old images now being visible to me when I'm not logged in, not just the newer images. I sort of think they are probably 2 separate things, but maybe if/when Torsten or other admins see this they might be able to enlighten us on both issues. I'd even be happy if there was the option to have the images you upload display as thumbnails or as full size, at the discretion of each poster at the time they make their posts. That way I could make my nice, neat, anally retentive posts and others could just post full sized if they prefer.

This sounds like fun. I have got some nice plants from you in the past! I'll take box #2 please.

Nice pic, Zelly! I love how you just go and find a particular column amongst the forest. Looks so cool. I've seen a couple of pics of Sina looking nice and doing weird things. The mother I saw, (and tried to buy), had a bunch of melting, terminating pups that looked very cool. Pretty sure like all bridgesii with some melty characteristics Sina only shows it sometimes too.

I also got one from Prier. Mine was a 4 ribber that grew that way for another 30cm or so for me and then spit into 6 ribs and had a couple of 30cm pups. Then I chopped it up, sold one of the pups and rooted the other pup and the longer tip cutting. The base has now got another winter pup forming too. Great plant. And the 2 cuttings rooting themselves are below. On a completely unrelated side note, I wish I could just upload pics here like we used to be able to, as small thumbnails that you could choose to enlarge or not.

Someone smarter than me suggested it's maybe a Talinum sp.

Does anyone have any maca (Lepidium meyenii), seeds they would care to trade/share/sell me? I'm after the darker coloured maca preferably, rather than the white variety. Red and black preferred. Or can someone point me to a good, reliable source for these seeds? I prefer to buy from within Australia, but if the source is reliable then I would buy from overseas too. Thanks, SABers!

LOTS of mycelium in the bed but no fruits yet. Hasn't been quite cold enough where this bed is located yet. Hopefully in the next few weeks it'll pop as it's just gotten very wet and cold over the last 10 days or so. The wild season has only really just started properly over here in SA too. I will update in here if there's anything interesting to update people with.

I reckon your #2 is the SS01 X SS02. Here's a couple of year old pic of one of my SS01 X SS02. Mine came from a west Oz grower who isn't on SAB these days. SS01 being a peru seems to have given both yours and mine pretty long centrals and heavier spination than your first one. I reckon your first would be SS02 X bridge, which basically makes it a pure bridgesii. (IMHO of course)

So I've got more demand than I have cuts to be able to supply at the moment. I'm just in the process of replying to people who have PMd. I'll sort as many of you as possible. DB - in the other thread I linked to up top there's a few pics of the mature mother plant. The shed looking structure it's next to is a very tall conservatory type building. The plant in those pics is well over 3 metres tall and I have seen it flower so is quite mature. The first 7 pics are the ones I mean. The third pic is of the whole plant. You can see it's very tall and fat, it's not much of a clumper like most bridgesii are. And Brendo, yeah, both fats are now spoken for.

The rings on those stems say possibly Macrolepiota to me. And how they're growing a bit clustered with no apparent cup that each are growing from. Bit hard to tell when that dry though.

Moved my large "Lorraine" tip after leaving it way too long under shadecloth which it had grown too tall for and a little thinner than I wanted. Had to be tipped over by 2 people to move it out into the sun. I thought it had been moved successfully then half an hour later it just spontaneously fell apart. Maybe the inner core snapped when moving it and the skin held it together for a bit longer. I dunno. The stump cutting I took back in the day is coming along but has been begging to go in the ground so it can fatten up and get spineless too. Soon....
