    Flashgot addon doesn't seem to be detecting anything, which is probably what OP was talking about.. eatfoo, can you confirm the plugins you are using are working on youtube?

    jdownloader is great, grabs every version when you copy the link so you can choose mp4/flv, 720p/1080p etc, and is also very useful for downloading files from cyberlockers.

    Everything's a bit crazy up this way at the moment, but I'm keen as to get along to more meets.. really enjoyed the last one. As long as I'm not the only one I'll be fairly happy!

    People listen to music for all kinds of reasons, and appreciation of any kind of art is purely ubjective: there is no right or wrong music: beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

    Pop is fun, disposable, trashy: it's supposed to be. If you don't like it just tune in to a different frequency.

    This explains everything: Chef is Psylo! They are different personalities in the same body!

    Chef is Ed Norton and Psylo is Brad Pitt!

    Rudeness is often a result of laziness.

    I will post regarding this thread once more.

    Psylo is a troll he takes a stance to agitate. I doubt he is passionate about much in life. Infact I think he shows alot of sociopathic tendencies like I said in the thread his fix is doing people. I have watched him be and do this sort of rubbish for months now. I always try to ignore him but after a while you get sick of it. Had this "conversation" happened in real life I still would have said what I said.

     

    Irony of calling someone a troll in a post that is pure troll.

    From what I have seen Psylo is not a troll. I do think posts like the one you just made are quite trollish, as they single a person out and generalize about them and their personal life in a thread that is supposed to be about being civil.

    Psylo seems to have some pretty strong opinions about certain topics, and argues them forcefully, and it sounds like he has been quite harsh to some people but to me that is not a troll. He also often seems to be able to be reasoned with and mature, and often is trying to bring threads back on topic, all of which are hardly trollish. I would take someone being harsh and even rude over setting up a fake account and lying to the whole forum.

    You make the sweeping judgment that you doubt he is passionate about much in life, but he seems like a pretty passionate guy to me. You also suggest he is a sociopath, this is a pretty big call to make about someone, so on what basis are you making statements like these?

    I am not friends with him and only know him from brief interactions on here, not all of which have been pleasant, but to me it seems like a few people have felt intimidated by or taken a personal dislike to the guy and are ganging up on him, and I feel like he is being treated a bit like a scapegoat.

    As desensitized as I am to the word 'cunt,' I'd say at least 50% of Australians do find it offensive. It is definitely becoming more acceptable, even in the US there have been a spate of movies using it recently, even from a very young girl (in Kick-Ass). I think it's good for people not to get hung up on words, but I guess I try to avoid swearing too much when I'm around people who might find it offensive. I think it's much easier for a woman to be radical about this, and I think it's only if women claim the word for common use that it will really catch on.

    I haven't been offended by anything anyone has said, I don't like irrationality and I don't like bullying, but bullying can be done by one person or it can be done by a bunch of people. Psylo and I have had our differences, but personally, from what little I have observed, I think he started to cop a lot of shit from people in subtle ways a little while ago and I think his posting style has become more confrontational and defensive as a result.

    I have seen it happen a lot on internet forums where people acting like goody-two-shoes who think they speak for the whole community, start badmouthing an individual, then others join in, that individual reacts and then gets suspended. Fair enough if they broke the rules, but I think if we are going to get tougher on people for that, there should also be a commensurate awareness and prevention or punishment for the more subtle, manipulative forms of bullying that often lead to it.

    A couple of times a year, someone complains that the forums are going downhill and people aren't interested in plants but just troll etc. The complainers usually stop posting before long, along with the people they accuse of causing problems, and then the cycle begins again. Meh.

    I would love something like this, as I'm pretty sure it's the CBDs that have an anti-emetic and anxiolytic effect.

    Medical users don't use pot to forget about their illness, it's the analgesic and other effects they usually seek.

    If I had a terminal illness I think getting stoned would probably make me feel ultra shit, I'd be like

    "OH SHIT THAT'S RIGHT I'M DYING! OMFG! FREAK OUT!"

    not sure if your serious in quoting a story from the daily mail, let alone one from 2010, let alone one that uses allegedly virtually every second word.....

    I don't get what the issue is? I came across the OP's story from someone else and someone linked to this one, it seemed relevant to this topic as it also involved people's faces being ripped off purportedly under the influence of psychedelics.

    Nothing wrong with using the word 'allegedly,' it's what they have to say before a verdict has been reached. The story is real, you can read about it elsewhere it's pretty much the same info.

    It struck me as horrifically amusing.

    DRUG INDUCED ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE CONTINUES!

    A U.S. cage fighter ripped out the heart of his training partner while he was still alive after becoming convinced he was possessed by the devil, it was alleged today.

    Jarrod Wyatt also cut out Taylor Powell's tongue and ripped off most of his face in a brutal assault that police said looked like a scene from a horror film, officers said.

    They claim they found the 26-year-old standing naked over his friend's body with parts, including an eyeball, strewn around the blood splattered room in Klamath, California.

    Wyatt allegedly told police he had drunk a cup of tea spiked with hallucinogenic mushrooms and became convinced Powell was possessed.

    According to an autopsy Powell, 21, bled to death after his heart was ripped out.

    The coroner said Powell had been alive when the organ was ripped out after his chest had been sliced open with a knife.

    Wyatt told the police he thrown the heart into a fire along with other organs that he had removed from the body, it was claimed.

    He allegedly told investigators he cooked the body parts because he was fearful Powell was still alive and he ‘needed to stop the Devil’.

    Police had been called to the grisly scene after a third friend had witnessed a sudden mood change in Wyatt after they had all ingested wild mushroom tea.

    Justin Davis told police he returned to the flat to find Wyatt naked and covered from head to toe in blood.

    He noticed an eyeball lying in the middle of the floor and saw Powell's mutilated body.

    A lawyer representing Wyatt has claimed the wild mushrooms caused him to act in such a violent way and had not control over his actions.

    ‘My client was trying to silence the devil,’ said James Fallman.

    ‘I think he was having a psychotic fit based on the mushrooms he had.’

    Wyatt has been charged with first degree murder and torture.

    Prosecutors added the torture charge as Powell was still alive when his heart was removed.
