  9. I think it would be better to start a new thread for a new auction otherwise the new auction may get lost in the mix. I'm happy to start it and collate all the current offers with attributions into the first post if everyone is in agreement. Also happy to leave it all here if thats the way the energy is going.
  10. Incognito, maybe start a new thread for another auction with your contributions and we can have another round? maybe again ending on Sunday? Seems we were both late to the party.

  14. Sounds great. I was in Nepal early(jan/feb) 2006 and it was incredible. A great time of the year to be in that region.

The only sensible thing would be to keep your fingers in your ears all day. If your brain hasn't leaked out by sunset then you know its worked.

Enjoyable non-sugar drinks. Are there any?

Another thread reminded me that saffron is a nice addition to water. I'll also give vote to lemon and mint. Great on a hot day. For a cold day cardamon tea is also a fave. Shuck a few pods, let it steep for awhile... nice! As for chai, a good batch needs at least an hour or more on the brew. yum.

    Iranian saffron

I'll take a 2 x 35g, 1 for me and one for a friend. That's a lot of saffron! Friend is a Tibetan medicine practitioner so it always comes in handy. Will PM you CC.

    The Random Thread.

I enjoyed where I got up to in the walking dead comics although I haven't read any for awhile. It was painful watching the tv series for the first 2 seasons with the quality being so bad but it has gotten considerably better this past season. If you haven't already, Neil Gaiman's Sandman series is excellent. Collections/graphic novels are the way to go to keep prices down. And ebay can be a great source of cheap reads. If you ever have plants to swap I've got a heap of old comics I'd be happy to part with. My collecting/reading heyday was late 80's, early 90's. I haven't been reading many recently though.
