Yeti101 Posted July 10, 2015 I got the link from yeti at the top of the page http://www.deepdreamr.com/ it takes about 15 hours for the image to work https://dreamscopeapp.com/ is way, way quicker - almost instant for small images - does not work on all browsers (explorer 11) - current version of firefox is good though. Yeti101 Posted October 20, 2015 Update: in a complete surprise, deepdream has become kitsch! I haven't kept up with what most of the servers are offering, and my pc is still in need of a re-install But I did take a look at dreamscope https://dreamscopeapp.com/editor recently, and was pleasantly surprised to find a bunch of new options - I beleive these are based on the 'Deep Style' technique discussed here: https://www.reddit.com/r/deepdream/comments/3jwl76/how_anyone_can_create_deep_style_images/ e.g: one of the earlier photos I put used, put through the 'starry night' treatment -
Yeti101 Posted June 9, 2016 Not that anyone, other than myself, is interested a year later, but Dreamscope is still (in my opinion) the best web service for this https://dreamscopeapp.com/ Also, bits of 2001: A Space Odyssey, Picasso-ized by a neural network! The deeper discussion of this never eventuated on the broader web, but I still wonder sometimes.
ThunderIdeal Posted June 10, 2016 i havent lost interest, but have we lost track of developments? after throwing us a bone skynet has probably been keeping further advancements quiet.
Zedo Posted June 10, 2016 Yeah that stuffs mad as. But I agree it would be but a basic version of what's going on behind closed doors. Perhaps rather than scanning images, scanning the human mind into a sentient AI. Or maybe it's all just innocent harmless fun lol
