What is this plant?

Question

I don't know if this is something I planted from seed or something spontaneous from the soil.

long hollow conical tubes that look like grass

it's probably a lomandra, an oz native grass.

could be poa aswell, but far less likely, they get sold in nurseries, as a native border plant, instead of mondo grass.

There is a tried and tested tecnique for determining if a plant is valuble of just a weed;

Pull everything out.

If it grows back, its a weed.
