  2. @ 6 of the best, You don't have to apologise to me at all and the song was some powerful stuff loved it. I forgot all about that john safran episode ha classic! cheers chnt.
  3. I've seen threads with titles with nothing to do with war or politics or race degenerate into heated debate over these issues to the point the content of the thread has become 90% about war/history/race and the original subject of the thread has long since been forgotten . Censorship does my head in and members being suspended for their opinons is ludicrous no matter how offensive they are but that is just my opinion and I'm sure we are all familiar with the euphemism that "opinions are like arse holes, everyones got one". Having said that I would like this to be a positive thread and to be honest the content of both the poem I posted and the rap song could be potentially be perceived as inflammatory to some and yet so far it has been allowed to stay. I have more I would like to add to this thread but I'm guessing this thread will now be a wordy tug of war of diplomacy and political correctness. With the passionate content I have read in heated threads on this forum I thought the topic was well deserving of it's on thread. Happy Travels Josh
  4. I guess since you felt the need to comment you also believe you have a right to a voice. so my answer to your question is Yes
  5. Hi EG I'm a Tasmanian born fucktard... With no affiliation to Palestine or Israel. I have however read one or two books met people and heard of things that have ignited my interest in Palestine and the Bias that I see from the media in my birth country Australia when it comes to the middle east. Perhaps I should start a sister thread about Israel, drawing attention to positive people, art and culture and so on which there is a lot too. as the powers that be you've gotta do what you've gotta do. Everyone has a choice here they can read a cactus thread instead if they wish. Everyone deserves a voice even fucktard Tasmanian born people like me
  6. I've started this thread because I would like to people to share the art, music, culture, life, history, politics, voice of Palestine. To expand peoples knowledge of Palestine and of Palestine's and it's peoples plight. So please share and help be a voice .
  7. I'm a Disability support worker, I work in a group home usually I start early afternoons around 2 or 3 pm I get paid from the time I start my hourly rate until 10pm then I get paid a lousy $60-AUD Sleep over allowance which is from 10pm until 6am then I get paid my hourly rate until I finish. I am normally at work for 24 hour stretches sometimes longer and I sleep away from home around three nights a week also they always roster me in a day shift like 7am until 4pm once a week just to mess with me. I first started around 3 and a bit years ago in that time I've gone from 90kg to 130kg at 175cm I developed obstructive sleep apnea and stuffed my health. In the last two months I've lost 10kg by eating good and training Silat a indonesian martial art. I've been trying different supplements and I'm finding Barley Grass and raw veggie juices to be the best. I haven't smoked or drank in almost 4 years after a vipassana course but after that I found a fast food addiction for want of a better word. I struggle to make a bag of sand a week and I hate my job but at the moment I'm managing to save a bit of money slowly but surely, I'm starting to see a light at the end of the tunnel. Last Year I would have told you I was saving for a trip to peru for a Aya ceremonie now I couldn't think of anything worse than being an "Aya" tourist... Currently my goal is to buy a 80 series land cruiser and see the top end of Australia on my Robinson Crusoe, maybe give the odd hitch hiker a lift he he he... but as for daily routine I've been walking at every chance I get (not at work stuck in group home) and doing what I call hindu squats and push ups
  8. I'd like to nominate him for Australian of the year... three years that's a Champion effort
  9. @Reptyle I can take your passive aggressive swipe at my last post in this thread on the chin as I was giving you curry, fair enough but to be honest when I read everything else you've written in this thread. I believe the powers that be will look at you like a David Koresh / Jim Jones type character. I personally don't need a church or an organisation to learn from and enjoy the plants but hey if you do don't let it become the Waco Texas of the plant world.
  10. for what it's worth I think it's a cultural experience for the ancient tribes of the amazon. I find it hard to stomach westerners peddling their own brand of ceremonies with their own cultural type branding attached to it. I don't like the idea of pre-prepared brews being imported outside of it's home land. and the idea of being an AYA tourist makes me fucking sick
  11. How about a picture of a naked bloke using his old fella as a paint brush?
  12. Who is Charles Eisenstein and who is charles eisestein ? and why should I watch it if you can't be arsed to spell the c@#t's name right or at least the same way as in the tittle of the video?

  17. As a westerner I like the fact when I work with plants the plant teacher gets straight to the point if I wanted pomp and ceremony I''d join a religion
