in_spirit Posted March 10, 2006 how long are thes viable for?i have several whole fruits from derby that are about 5 years old I dont know much about boabs other than I saw some one selling boab bark powder on the net, I like them for the way they look so didnt pay any attention as to why they were selling the bark. Any way I saw this tree and its different tomine so i collected a few pods they are only small ppods as well and i ve seen really large pods from NT that would nt fit into the adult hand - these were carved by the aboriginals up there... anyway I still have the seeds if you are interested I removed them from the pod and it was a dusty job and the dust made me really itchy like fibreglass insulation does, I was four hours from home so i had to put up with the itchiness....
