If so I'm sorry about that! work got abit frantic and I lost track of things for a while .- but saying that I am still keen to send you the cultures we talked about . I only have the tempeh, Kefir I am expecting the koji to arrive late this week/ early next week - I have two seperate parcels arriving from Japan and the US. Both of which im really looking forward to! watch this space! I will be back to let you know I have put them in the post! sometime in the next few days - The koji I would like to culture up abit, then send.
