Magic mushrooms and the law

Does anybody know the laws in Australia concerning shrooms.

I am considering growing shrooms in Queensland and need to find out if it is legal.

I believe P cubensis is specifically a prohibited plant in Qld

I think that in other states is it is implied that they are illegal cos they contain an illegal substance

The import condions database refers to any fungi containing the desired substance
