Certainly not a Trichocereus, but rather a monstrose Cereus. I'm not going to put much stock in the identification abilities of that particular site.

Yeah, what's Trichocereus huanaco?

That name is actually incorrect. The species' true name is Trichocerues huanucoensis (from Huanuco, Peru), but the photo is not of T. huanucoensis, but rather of the Huntington Botanicals Trichocereus sp. aff. ("affinity to") huanucoensis. But this aff. species is nothing other than the Trichocereus sp. Tom Juul's Giant.
