spiraleyes Posted April 5, 2003 hello cactus lovers these are a few pics of a trichocereus type cacti i collected a while back. a handful of folks here believe it might be a macrogonus. does anyone see anything in the pics that might help identify it? thanks

toby Posted April 6, 2003 i too have something like that, i think it lies somewhere in the broad stroke between macrogonus and peruvianus and is absolutely incredible for any practical applications.

Nick Posted April 6, 2003 Gday, I reckon I've got that same one too. I found a huge one growing on the sand cliffs down south. It had a white flower. I think it could be a peruvian torch. I reckon it's definately a Trichocereus though.
