Back in 200x I thought 5-HTP was the ducks nuts.  Sadly, it never really lasted and my mood seemed to oscillate: it felt like whatever goes up must come down; a false messiah.  So I stopped bothering. 


Recently though (as recent as a week ago) I purchased some 'time-release' 5-HTP and call it placebo or coincidence but my anxiety has dissipated and my level of concentration improved - virtually overnight.  I'll try and add in some green tea for even better results.


My mates still say, post-roll, to me (the HR nerd): "You got any of that R2D2?"  :rolleyes:
