Pinus densiflora (Japanese Red Pine) and Pinus thunbergii (Japanese Black Pine)

For any bonsai enthusiasts here...

I have been micro-propagating P. densiflora and P. thunbergii for a research project I am currently engaged in and have far more seedlings than I can use. All seedlings are clones from healthy trees cultivated by a well known and respected grower in the bonsai community (details on request).

For the mycologically adventurous... these plants are the native hosts of Tricholoma matsutake, but will also support most mycorrhizal pine species.

I can supply sterile TC flasks with 4-5 plantlets - $15 each + postage. (4 week lead time)

Note these plants will need hardening-off.
