each country has an individual history. The history of religion in europe f.e. cannot be separated by the history of politics in europe. each country has some native son of a bitches that support multinational rule and oppresion, bowing to the capital and strong countries like Russia USA and China.

Greece has a history. And we fucking deserve what we get. We elected those politicans.

We have extreme economical corruption in greece. We elected those thieves! Other than that, we are entering a very interesting period of history for both greece and europe (look: Spain etc)

PS: fun fact about the lyrics: where I say my nerves where tense after driving some dudes to the army as their escort, I had drank coffee to be cool as an escort, while my 'crazy' friend had smoked a spliff to look more "lost" and "crazy" lol . It was an interesting experience overall, be having attended army and all. I am not doing it again though

you could take out the word "Greece" & replace it with any other western state...& it would still read correct.............sometimes I think the electrons are just rigged...to make us all feel free...but then I listen to what the average dick head has to say 'politically' & watch the election/party posters my neighbour's have on their land & I'm forced to admit they are all fuck wits..........The joke is they know the media's version/interpretation of political reality (make believe) so well, but don't seem to have a clue to the big picture. They just blindly buy into the media propaganda even when its hurting them & their family. They know the life history of the puppets (punch & Judy) but don't consider the puppeteer, & these days there is no excuse for being a dim wit...the answers/information is so easily available. They are just idiots & they are the majority....so as you say "they deserve what they get" ....its their world not mine...I'm in the minority...all we can do is turn our backs on them & cry.

that (the song) was written 3 years ago and to be honest, I have written few political lyrics in my raps, this being one of them more political ones - still there's not much of political essence in the song

greece is largely regarded from worldwide economic analysts as an experiment. This particular period seems pretty crucial / important / interesting for Greece, Spain as there is a rise in left-wing parties, to the point it's propable that left-wing governments, or collaborations centered around left wind parties might occur. The climate is pretty hot as well. People are pissed off / very disappointed. Its interesting to note that teh traditional communist party here, KKE is very conservative and stalinist and is opposed to SYRIZA the other left-wing party as reformist and a sell-out, but is not big in vote power.

This creates two very interesting possibilities.

1. europe sees in amazement its own cuba or bolivia or ecuador in greece, with more social/ for-the-people policies. Okey this is a bit wishful thinking. One of the conservatives 'democrats' threats for the case SYRIZA (the left wing party) wins the next greek elections is that "greece will become the cuba of europe" - well, that sounds sweet! This is probably the best and most interesting case.

2. the left-wing party SYRIZA which has already rounded up some of its more "extreme" (read: leftish) rhetoric, keeps reforming and conforming its left roots even more to the current social status, is largely is corrupt by opportunists that have jumped in and by power itself, and ends up a 'normal' 'democratic' party, ending up in serving the capital and capitalists instead of the people.

Well between those two extremes, 1 + 2 , something inbetween is probably going to occur, and its gonna be interesting to see what hapens.

To conclude, I believe saying evey country is the same, every politican is the same, etc is largely wrong. I believe in education. We might look alike because our politicians are ruled by the same economical / political centers, we might see the same american movies, same TV series and watch the same kind of american tv. But our history is different. How can you compare any country to any other one? well you could compare Sweden to Norway or Denmark. But how could you compare Oz to Greece or Iran to Ecuador ?

you have to find a parallel first.

f.e. Chile and Greece have somewhat similar timelines in recent history.. around 1965 both countries fell into disctatorship rule that lasted some 10 years. How could you compare Indonesia that is still under a general coup to the 'communist' Cuba?

Hint: recently saw the amazing documentary "The act of killing" on Indonesia '65-66 mass killings. 1-2 million communists, chinese and random people were executed by mafia. How could one compare this to the greek coup? Its the same "brand" but fuck, these people brag about these on camera, admit their horrible crimes , while greek fascists typically deny the tortures and killings that took place during the 8 year coup in greece.
