Have a few big projects I wish to undertake in the summer but need some pretty serious space to do so. If you are interested hit me up via PM. They are not illegal projects just so that everyone has a heads up lol Additionally there could be a way to make a bit of money out of it once complete but that requires that you have some good faith.
