Recommended Posts

Its not a recipe but i can write it out if anyone wants it. After gardening, cooking is a passion of mine.

To thank my wife for taking care of me recently i made her her favorite meal.

Sake simmered chicken with mushrooms.

Its looks hard but once you prep and measure the ingredients out. It comes together in a fairly short time.

I use most of the ingredients in other meals so i dont have to buy much beyond the weekly shop, so it doesnt end up costing to much.

it is delicious beyond belief and always impresses the guests
