ajna Posted August 17, 2013 an ode to my magical cat and zen master Papaw she has just undergone surgery and recovering, but prognosis uncertain may she heal as well as she chills Zen Cat what's that, zen cat? last night you were tellin' me how it is and how it isn't whispers, from your eternal purr you said that my problems are all my own doing that i choose my illusions so no complainin' no more you showed me that the healin’ I was needin’ was in fact, to be released from such neediness as you ceased kneedin’ my lap and you said there was peace for those of feline-mind you showed me how to sit… breathe… and vibrate from inside. then you said “quit the bitchin’, be still, and lay back. all you really need is a half decent catnap.” but now it’s turned mornin' and you're the one cryin' at me, like you need too! ha! “those of feline mind” she says… take that, zen cat you may be the wiser by the light of the moon but by day you need me ‘cause I’m warm and have food! <3 below: Papaw and myself at the centre of the universe 4 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
