Bigred Posted September 1, 2012 Recently i have made alot of agar dishes i understand when the spore drops its is either a + or a - then they become -+ i dont grow cubes but say if a mdk + and say a Amazonian - joined would they create a new variety. Recently i have noticed on my agar plates that some portabelos grow much faster but the other one is much thicker slower growth if they were to meet would they fuse together and make a stronger mycelium Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
