Unusual succulent

Question

I have never seen this before, we came across this at the markets a few months ago. Anyone know?

I think its some sort of Trichodiadema not sure what sort of flower it has.

No idea but its seriously cool...like a weedy succulent!

yeah definately a trichodaemeia species.

if you unpot it and brush off some off the soil, that could give you a clue. Bulbosum has very "bulbous" roots, which can be raised above the soil for a bonsai like display.

this one apparently has white flowers? I picked up another specimen the other day and have put it in the hot house to see if I can get it growing a bit quicker.
