Same thing depending on who you ask man, Tricho taxonomy is an odd beast.

I would call it a peruvianoid and leave it at that. Maybe Michael or EG or one of the other Trichophiles will add there 2 cents.

If you are looking to obtain a cutting of this plant may I suggest what has worked very well in the past for me:

Enquire about the plants heritage if possible and politely ask about obtaining a cutting.

9 times out of 10, if you express a genuine interest in the plant and are friendly and not dressed like a wook you will get a cutting or maybe even a few!

Im betting she has a lot of magik inside her !

edit : ( looks very similar to my 'so called macro' - a special plant indeed )
