Identify this cacti please

Question

Hi

I'd love to get an ID for this guy. It's pretty much the only cactus in my collection that I don't know the history of. I don't remember where it came from. Whaddya reckon?

It's peruvianoid (large areoles, that characteristic side-profile). The way each areole seems to grow a large upper spine after some delay is a feature of my macrogonus. So I'd say it's possibly a macrogonus, or at least it's very close to that. Is the flesh lighter in colour than plants grown almost next to it? I found my macro was lighter.

yeah i was leaning towards macro.

Definitely more glaucus than surrounding pachs
