legality of lophophora throughout the EU

any europeans here can tell me of the legality of lophophora sp. throughout the EU? particularly germany and austria, but everywhere else would be cool too thanks. oh and what of psilocybe sp.? i read in austria it's legal to have fresh psilocyebes but nowt other.

i know it's on a per nation basis, but was referring to all contries in europe,

and lophs are illegal to grow in swizerland, france and poland according to erowid,

but wondering about other countries too
