herbal_hindsight Posted January 30, 2011 Soy May Contribute to Cataracts I have also recently become aware at just how un-healthy un-fermented soy is for you... It can decrease the amount of vitamins and minerals your body absorbs and considering how many processed foods contains soy that is a real worry. I know processed food should be avoided anyway but this raises a serious alarm to me... Is this common knowledge or do people just keep munching on their potato drinks with a glass of soy milk thinking it's not doing them 'that much harm?'
