Is this Syrian Rue?

I found this the other day growing out of my retaining wall and I thought it looked similar to pictures I've seen of Syrian Rue but I'm not too sure (it's still young and I'm still a noob to this), can anyone either confirm my hopes or crush my dreams into a small pile?

I'm in SA and I've got a similar plant growing. It made me think of this post when I spotted it.

The leaves have an awesome look about them. It sort of reminds me of Celtic knotwork...

I think i have worked out what the original posters image is, Its Lawn Chamomile. I have some growing here and it looks identical.

The smell of the foliage is nice. Almost like Sarsaparilla the drink.
