Korky
hey humans, was hoping to get your opinion on the below images, my amateur guess is longifolia/sophorae. was found on the Victorian surf coast 45minutes sth of geelong in mid september. a couple hundred meters inland from the water. many acacias seen that day but only two with these features. seeing it was cut to the ground it would be ideal if it was worth dragging home!!!image of trunksacacia1image of phylode but drying outacacia2image of dead/dry floweracacia3This tree was 4 meters away and looked to be the same.acacia4have heard varying thoughts on bringing dead longifolia home???any help would be superb, thanks. Micromegas
Looks pretty much like longifolia to me, as you thought.
