Acacia botany

Recommended Posts

I did some searches before, I didn't find a general discussion. I have very minimal questions at first:

there are various sp. of Acacia, Mimosa, Albizia as ornamentals grown all around, greece too, where they often thrive . Do you know any useful links, sites, threads on acacia IDing, botany, extension [ i mean where they grow naturally, dunno if I say this right], that someone can read before asking more specific questions ???

Like, say, before posting random pics, reading about where to look, and what's the acacia 'hotspots' as far as Iding is regarded......

[alcohol induced motivation, hello hunab, G*P, reptyle, the spirit is still alive, no? yeah it is as long we live it through]]

Most common garden species in Australia i assume should be pretty similar to any aussie species you find in the mediteranian hopefully. Post some pics if you can please, get some growing with the back drop of a nice greek island or beach!! ,hehehe
