it looks a little like my kk bridgesii, not sure with this cactus is a hard one.

That looks like it was grown from the mesa garden pachanoi seed.

I have dozens of plants like that.

It is synonymous with the fat blue phenotype but varies a bit from seed.

Looks like the "T. pachanoi" seedlings i got from capital cactus (seller in ACT) a coupla years back. I got three and all are similar in ways, look peruvi to me. Havent got any recent pics of it atm, mite get sum later if tha camera works for me.

Thanks everyoner for the info. I never would have picked it as being a T.pachnoi :o.

Is this pachnoi rare I havent seen it around. Yeah PD the features of this cactus to me look like a peru too! Hard to tell sometimes. I could see how this pachnoi could be easily mistaken as a peru or macro.
