Alchemica Posted December 11, 2008 (edited) Alchemuus is an "imaginary" tale, telling the story of a psychiatrist who attempts to treat a young man who has a pathological religious fascination with finding a peaceful and content mental state. After the failed use of prescription antidepressants and anxiolytics, the young man utilises psychoactive substances in an attempt to develop a healthy mental state, while fighting against a corrupt team of Governmental mental health "professionals" which do all that is in their power to resist the movement by the man; imprisoning him against his will and forcing the administration of contraindicated antipsychotics to "silence" him. In the man's mind, there is no doubt that he is being unfairly and unethically treated by an Orwellian type movement who intend to supress his rights to religious Sacraments (of the endogenous and natural type), free thought, artistic expression and scientific experimentation.
