Maurice Posted May 22, 2008 Yes you can add honey instead of sugar. My recipe is from "Making plant medicine' by Richo Cech. It includes the use of honey. WRT cracking the mix being bs, try it yourself. stirring one direction cf both. I don't have the science for why, but assume it has as much to do with the physical properties of mixing different ingredients as cf chemical properties.
