Hey Xipe, do you know if there's much difference in effect between the cardiaca and the sibiricus? I've tried the latter, but not the former . Also have one growing, seed was labelled sibiricus but the big leaf looks like cardiaca.

always planed on having motherwort but from what Ive read better I just stuck with Lions tale/ear very similar medicinal effects plus a lil bonus smoke

no idea sorry, I havnt consumed this plant... i think its major use is for "womens problems"

Have found sibiricus to be a potentiator for some herbs, though with others I got a nasty headache, fixed up in part by a feverfew tea (bitter as, have some Rosella and Stevia on hand for this one!)
