domide Posted September 5, 2007 Wow, thanks so much helping me discover this. I brought half a kilo of beans at my local health food store and I've been snacking at them since. I've been trying to cut down on my coffee intake and this has been a pretty good substitute. I don't have access to a grinder so I've been using a mortar and pestle to grind up the beans. I tried making chocolate via husk's recipe and I added a bit of chilli powder and cinnamon to spice things up. Yes, it was the best chocolate I've ever eaten.. *drools* Chocolate and oatmeal is a wonderful mixture as well. There is something about the crunchiness of the bean nibs and sloppy porridge mess which really works. I'm going to add a bit of banana into the mix tommorrow. Oh yeah, I also had a bit of bread dough left over so I put a some brown sugar and crushed beans inside the dough and cooked them for 20 minutes. Amazing stuff
