philistine Posted June 9, 2007 I just read the stapelia cuttings question and was going to just chuck in this question on the bottom, but I thought it might be better to just start a new topic. Anyone got experience sprouting stapelia seeds? Would the normal cacti seed tek suffice? ie. don't bury seed, use sand, high humidity etc... I have a bunch of seeds and tried a small batch in the traditional sowing manner, sandy seed raising mix, just under the surface, kept moist etc etc. but nothing seems to be happening and it's been almost a month.... Torsten Posted June 13, 2007 nope, just chuck em in. They sprout pretty fast when it is warm. there might be some stapelias with special needs though.
