The following is series of pic's of a grafted Turbinicarpus Pseudomacrochele var Minima that I bought a month or so ago.
When I fist received the graft it looked great a few weeks later there was an area of pups that looked like they were suffering but I put it down to damage from the post having travelled from one side of the county to the other.
I had another close look at it on Saturday night and this is what I found.
I tried to save what a could and grafted a couple of little pups and areoles but I am not that confident of any surviving as there was still little bits of orange on the pieces that I grafted
I have certainly learnt a lesson from this and I will never presume it will be ok again.
If in doubt check it out properly and then keep a close eye to make sure it gets better not worse.
Cheers
