Apparently Sheppard is cold tolerant & hass was farmed in Tasmania but drought not cold killed them. Avo's grow in hilly areas in Chile at 40degress south & they are covered in snow every winter

Yes, native willow is pretty common but it is only mildly sedative. It is usually easier to get access to wild growing Mulungu and it is more effective as a sedative but they could be used together with other sedative Australian natives to achieve a more potent effect.

Wilson Popenoe Avocado 2.5 lbs and 8-10 inches long Avo varieties grown in Venezuela 1993 From my experience the shinny skinned avo's have a inferior taste. Sharwil variety is my favourite so far, very nutty & buttery flavour

I think I have seen ones like that up in the hills around here, I will see if I can get a photo next time, but that little avo used to compare the big one is tiny. A average avo is around double the length of a egg.

The late Ip Sui in this clip was my Ti Ti SiGung (Great great grand master). Southern Preying Mantis (Chow gar tong long) is a internal style of kung fu which requires lengthy amount of time to develop internal muscles like the pelvic floor muscles for example. It is not a showy style at all but is very practical & fast. Westerns often comment that it looks like bunch of slapping, to feel the energy generated by tong long one should attend a training class (1st lesson free). Henry Sue has developed this style into his own style call Circular Tong Long & classes are held in QLD & NSW.

Shit SallyD that girl must have been murdered, but it must have been reported as accidental death. Did you try and find out any details about the girls death after your (edit, sorry) friends Mum mentioned it?

Geijera parviflora (Wilga or Native Willow) is the plant I was thinking of that has sedative effects but it doesn't look like a Gum tree, more like a wattle - The leaves are infused in water and drunk to alleviate pain. The raw leaves were chewed to treat toothache. The dried and crumbled leaves were smoked in conjunction with other species and produce drowsiness. They have been use ceremonially.

I don't believe in any of the Zodiac stuff & have found when I checked my Zodiac with a mystic astrology book I could just pick almost any sign and find they matched up just as well. I think it is just the way everything is worded so that what is not written can be filled in by the individual. Does anyone know why your Zodiac isn't set by the conception date instead of the birth date? The date of conception was most important to Vedic culture not the birth date.

$370m worth of cocaine found on yacht bound for Australia

No offence taken Incognito I also found I didn't get any effects from those tea bags when I made a tea out of them but when just chewing a heap of them once you have plenty of saliva going on if you put a bit of bi-carb in your mouth the numbing effects are felt straight away. Stimulation effects are stronger than the red Khat, I haven't had the chance to get near the narrow leafed one yet. edit:actually the packet the tea bags come in doesn't mention anything about it de-cocained (It does say they are good for altitude sickness/weightloss etc) so I am not sure now if the state de-coke tea would work or not. Apparently one can order up to 2kg of powdered coca leaf at a time into Australia as mentioned on a online store that sells it. Can anyone confirm this is legal to import into Australia? I am guessing it is because retail shops sell it & the leaves are approved for export by the Peruvian government. So if anyone ever asks, you can pull out your copy of Formato #1 which states that no narcotic or hallucinogenic material is present in the shipment (for which the merchant takes responsibility). Or just show them the UPC barcode on the back of the Delisse packaging. Maybe it's something like how in Australia the poppy seeds end up coated in opium because the seeds are soaking in the liquid used during extraction, maybe the coca leaves end up with residue from the cocaine extraction which then dries. -
Sunchaser, people have the ability to project Love onto others to the point of completely healing them of all illness, people nowadays term this as a miracle but it really is just the power of Love The elder must have known you are a good white boy She was a wise elder indeed.

The crazy people a few doors up had another 4 hour long fight at 2am in the morning again. Man they are retarded idiots! I can't understand how anyone can manage to have a fight for 4 hours and not end up dead. Weak

They still have plenty of cocaine in them as they completely numb my mouth & jaw Easier than chewing Khat, less is needed than that Khat chewing What I was trying to say is the effects per amount used are stronger than Khat. -
Books that have changed your life and why

Co-creation - Book 4 of the Ringing Cedar of Russia series. All the books in this series had a profound effect on me but book 4 in particular set my heart on fire. Some of the other effects included a sudden deep urge to consume as much fresh home grown or wild fruit, vegetables & herbs as possible. I was very run down from driving in heavy traffic between 4-6 hours everyday plus 8-10 hours work before reading the series but during and after reading I had amazing energy and had so much positive energy/that loving feeling in my heart that work just became a breeze and staff from companies I was doing work for often called up my manager and commented on how they couldn't believe how pleasant & kind I was etc I look forward to speaking with people from Australia who wish to create a Eco-village like outlined in these books. edit : I should mention that I was doing a pretty low paying labor intensive job before and while reading the first 3 books but when I was starting to read book 4 was when my new boss called up, gave me a job that some weeks paid 10 times more than the previous job & also the fact he was into philosophy, Vedic astrology in particular (the books are about people who are Vedic/Vedruss). -

Over-rated that Coke stuff anyway, has anyone else tried the Delisse Coca Tea bags? Come in a 100 pack for around $12 last time I got them. They are sold legally in Australia and lots of those Eastern European shops sell them. Anyone tried emptying the contents of the bags and chewing then adding a bit of bi-carb to the mouth? -
Anti-inflammatory herbs I use are Devil's Claw (Harpagophytum), Cat's claw (Uncaria tomentosa), Corydalis turtschaninovii, Nettle (Urtica dioica).
