    I was a bit worried for the first few days, then headed over to AE and there were folk over there talking about it being a server crash, and for some reason I couldn't sign up to AE for ages and get on the antics :( lol

    But anyway, awesome to see the forum back :) wasn't expecting this till early next month from what people were saying, good work T!

    I'd be keen as if I didn't have to work :angry: sounds like its be an awesome weekend productive or not :) cheers for the offer though, been hanging to meet more SABers! If you're planning any more give us the heads up and I'll try and get some time off ;)

    Hopefully will still get another good trek or two out before everything turns to complete poo, last year the same spot only started fruiting half way through winter it was odd, not sure if it's to do with location as this place is a bit north of where people usually hunt.

    out of interest, were you anywhere near the vicinity of second valley/deep creek/delamere ? kind of looks familiar.

    Nah buddy it's only about 20 mins away from me :)

    Any ideas what the first two pics would be? They had same color gills, cap etc as the usual subs found around the area the o ly thing that was different was the stem, pic makes it look a fair bit darker then they actually were. Might have to go back and grab a print of a couple see if there's some differences there :)

    I read somewhere that he had only 1.75ml or alcohol? :wacko: Maybe it was a screw up because you couldn't possibly get drunk off that little amount of alcs

    Police: Man High On Bath Salts Ate Feces

    GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. (CBS Atlanta) — Authorities say a Gwinnett County man ate feces while allegedly high on bath salts.

    Matthew Hammond, 21, was arrested July 3 after his mom called police to say her son was “walking around out of his mind, armed with a knife,” according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

    When Gwinnett County police pulled up to confront Hammond, he charged their car.

    “(Hammond) banged on his windows a couple times and actually grabbed onto the latch of the door trying to open it, saying, ‘Come on, come on,’ as if he wanted to fight,” Cpl. Jake Smith of the Gwinnett County Police Department told WGCL-TV.

    The officer was finally able to arrest Hammond after pulling his gun on him and forcing him to the ground.

    After taking Hammond into custody, the officer smelled a “strong odor of excrement emitting from his breath” and saw “feces in his mouth and on his teeth,” according to the Journal-Constitution.

    Hammond told police that he snorted “a lot” of bath salts, the paper reports.

    “We expect that we’re going to see this more and more and with the extreme negative reactions that go along with this drug,” Smith told WGCL. “It’s got the potential to be a big problem.”

    Hammond was charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction of an officer. He is currently being held at Gwinnett County Jail.

    those first few have got mighty dark stems :o

    There were a fair few with stems like that and darker, don't think anyone else goes around that area so they sit around for a fair while, quite a few that were complete black mush.

    First forest walk for the year???, Your missing out! :) I like seeing the spores on the cap when a few subs grow right alongside each other. :)

    !! Me too it looks sweet when they poop spores on each other, photos never do the detail justice :(

    Yeah I'm pretty dissapointed that this is the first time I've managed to get out going to have more time for the next half of the year some hoping to get out a lot more :)

    Finally got out for a nice stroll in the forest, love just booting around taking pics seeing what the happenings are. So much fungi popping up, a lot of subs could hardly take a step without treding on them at some stages.

    Seeing though there are these zombie/bath salts/not bath salts/pcp/messed up attacks keep happening, I was thinking we could have a thread where people post the reports they stumble across?

    Found one today, dude saying he was on bath salts, going around a gold course half naked threatening people, it's got a news clip with footage of him saying he's going to eat the cops, I couldn't really understand any of the crap that was coming out his mouth lol:

    Police: Man high on bath salts screamed about eating faces

    Gwinnett police say a man they were trying to arrest had super-human strength and admitted being high on bath salts.

    Police told Channel 2's Kerry Kavanaugh they were called to a Lilburn driving range after receiving a call about a hysterical man.

    Workers said Karl Laventure, 21, Alpharetta got a hold of a club and was running all around the range.

    Police video of the arrest shows several officers holding the man on the ground as he threatened to eat them.

    An officer said they shot the video to show how many men it took to keep him down.

    "He came running at us out of the woodline," Officer Ross Hancock of the Gwinnett County Police Department told Kavanaugh.

    Hancock was the first to arrive at the Atlanta Golf Center on Beaver Ruin Road in Lilburn on June 14.

    He said Laventure was running all around the range, through a nearby pond, half naked, out of his mind.

    Hancock said his partner first pulled his pepper spray.

    "He didn't even wipe his eyes, he just kept them open," Hancock said.

    That's when he said he pulled his Taser. He says Laventure went down, but got right back up again.

    "We had to Tase him approximately five more times on scene to get him down. It took several officers to hold him down to get him cuffed," Hancock said.

    "I'm'a eat you. Four Four. Oh God. Don't make me eat you," Laventure screamed on the video.

    "He was still talking gibberish, still cussing, still saying he wanted to eat us, eat other people," Hancock said.

    "He evoked the words Tupac and Biggie, amongst others. Just crazy random things," Sgt. Rich Long of the Gwinnett County police said.

    Long said the officers held him down while waiting for an ambulance, but once they were at the hospital it started up again.

    "He jumped on the floor, he caused the nurse to jump up on the chair. Several of the hospital security guards came in along with our other officers in the room," Hancock said.

    Police say they shot Laventure with the Taser a total of 14 times. He was charged with misdemeanor offenses of disorderly conduct and obstruction.

    "I've never had to encounter somebody who acted like this before, so there's no telling what they may do when they are high on this drug," Hancock said.

    Hopefully, I miss Psilos antics :(

    If someone wanted a p sub print couldn't they just go get one themselves? Especially this time of year.

    Can get some seeds off the SAB store or similar if you don't have any luck on here. Welcome to the forum btw :)
