I know of some people that go over to NZ and buy a buttload then bring it back over, sneaky! I remember when the laws were coming in, happy high herbs was selling it by the kg just to get rid of it, still got a bag of it laying around somewhere. Mate said he use to smoke it, it ain't the easiest thing to do but gives off a pretty nice glowing feeling.
